Returns & Exchanges

At Ducky, we stand by the quality of our electronics and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all original purchases. Items must be in their original packaging with all accessories included to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Ducky account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the electronic device you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Device

  Carefully place the item back in its original box along with all cables, manuals, and components to ensure it is protected during transit and meets our restocking requirements.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it securely to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technical team verifies the condition of the hardware, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
